R. v. V.

Updated: Jan 10

July 2020

Sharon's client was convicted of drug offences. After conviction Sharon continued to fight fearlessly and had the alleged drug re-tested. The substance was not a prohibited substance and the police officers had in fact mislabeled the seized substances - just as the defence maintained throughout trial. The charges were stayed against her client.
