Ariel’s client was acquitted in the Superior Court of Justice for Attempted Murder x5 in

relation to a brazen daylight shooting in the Driftwood area. Although Ariel’s client was the

driver and helped the shooters flee the scene, the trial judge was not satisfied beyond a

reasonable doubt that he knew what the passengers in his vehicle had done and he was therefore

acquitted.
