PRELIMINARY HEARING CROSS EXAMINATION UNCOVERS CHARTER ISSUES AND LEADS TO WITHDRAWL OF CHARGES

Possession for the purpose of trafficking fentanyl and cocaine charges were withdrawn

after a preliminary inquiry, largely due to Magda’s cross examination, which uncovered

potential Charter issues with the seizure of evidence and poor police note taking.
