MAGDALENA WYSZOMIERSKA

Magda Wyszomierska has successfully represented individuals facing a wide variety of criminal charges, including murder, attempt murder, kidnapping, criminal organization charges, various firearm offences including trafficking and discharge of firearm, drug offences, armed robberies and a variety of other charges. 

After years of working at a high profile Toronto criminal defence firm she founded Herscovitch Wyszomierska Jeethan and along with her team she is dedicated to providing solutions for complex and serious criminal defence litigation. 

During her career, Magda has secured multiple acquittals in jury and judge alone trials, excessive force findings against the police, discharges after preliminary hearings for charges including murder and successful Charter rulings that have led to the exclusion of evidence. Magda has successfully represented individuals charged with offences arising out of multiple Greater Toronto Area complex investigations (projects).
